How to Watch a Training

Sign up for CHECK
It just takes 5 minutes!
Once you are logged in...
click on ‘On Demand’ in the top right corner of your Dashboard.
Click on any training
you would like to watch and at the end of the training or course (they take an average of 1 hour), which are videos in this case, you will receive a completion message.
That’s all you need to do to be entered to win an Apple Watch!
But don’t stop there...
check out other training videos and keep exploring CHECK for future training and resources as they become available!

Contest Rules

Contest Rules: One entry per person. One entry per person. A second entry into the Apple Watch contest will be given to any person who meets all requirements and also 'Likes' the Community Health Worker Association of Delaware Facebook account. Every person who registers for CHECK must also be registered with the Community Health Workers Association of Delaware. If you are not currently a CHWAD Member, please complete that step here. Every person who registers for CHECK must also be registered with the Community Health Workers Association of Delaware. If you are not currently a CHWAD Member, please complete that step here. 

Every CHWAD Member who completes the registration process for CHECK by April 30, 2025 at 11:59pm will receive a $5.00 digital Starbucks Card emailed to the email address registered with CHECK by May 31, 2025. 

One grand prize winner will be drawn at random on May 5, 2025 from all CHWAD Members who have completed an ‘On Demand Course’ within the CHECK Learning Management System (LMS). The winner will be contacted via the email registered with CHECK by May 6, 2025 and will receive one Apple Watch Series 10 valued at $399.00.
